A Poetic Suggestion

Upcoming Exhibition

Here's a little teaser...

“True confession–I can’t seem to stop myself from adding yet another curvaceous vessel to my small collection of Yasha Butler ceramics. When friends come over for dinner I love to march 4 or 5 pieces down the center of our table. Sometimes with a single flower, other times with sprigs of fresh tarragon or mint. Easy. Elegant. Like each friend, each pot is a true original.”

“I am using my ceramic vessel as my palo santo ritual vessel, it kind of became our home’s very own mini table altar. The naturalness, the round form, the tactile feeling and the naiveté that emanates from it has in its very natural way become a part of our home; bringing with it a sense of peace. It is a serene, peaceful piece, which we hope to cherish for many years to come.
Thank you Yasha.”

“I absolutely love my bowl and floral frog! The rough textures of the rim and bowl are so subtle but yet add so much detail and interest. The natural and soft gray and white tones fit with any decor and add a handmade touch to any table or shelf. And my favorite part of the bowl is the foot and its unique shape. Yasha is an incredibly talented artist and I highly recommend her work to anyone who is looking to add beautiful, one of a kind pieces to their home!”
